Leprosy detection team uses mobile skinapp in Mozambique

NLR’s SkinApp wins ISNTD Festival Apps Award in London

On March 12th the NLR SkinApp has won the Apps award at the International Society for Neglected Tropical Diseases Festival co-hosted by the Wellcome Trust in London. The SkinApp was especially praised for “the strong commitment to strengthening primary healthcare through mHealth, the development of innovative treatment paradigms focusing on skin health interventions, and the dedication to strong national and international partnerships”.
